Fort Frederica National Monument Boundary Expansion Act (Sec. 2) This bill expands the boundary of the Fort Frederica National Monument on Saint Simon Island, Georgia, and increases the maximum number of acres that may be included in the monument from 250 to 305 acres. The Department of the Interior may acquire, by donation or purchase, the land and interests within the monument only from willing sellers. No nonfederal property may be included in the monument without the owner's written consent. Interior may not acquire land or interests by condemnation or eminent domain. Nothing in this bill, neither the establishment of the monument nor the management plan for the monument, shall be construed as creating buffer zones outside of the monument.
