Education and Energy Act of 2018 This bill amends the Mineral Leasing Act to require excess revenue from new mineral and geothermal leases to be provided to the states in which the revenue is generated to supplement the education of students in kindergarten through grade 12 and to supplement public support of institutions of higher education.
