Manage our Wolves Act (Sec. 2) This bill addresses the protection of the gray wolf ( Canis lupus ) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973. Specifically, the Department of the Interior must issue a rule to remove the gray wolf in the contiguous 48 states from the list of endangered or threatened species and reinstate a rule that removed the gray wolf in the Western Great Lakes region from the list. The bill exempts those rules from judicial review as well as a rule that removed the gray wolf in Wyoming from the list.

Support S. 2354, the ANTIQUITIES ACT of 2018, which codifies existing, presidentially-designated national monuments. Oppose H.R. 3115, the Superior National Forest Land Exchange Act of 2017, which would transfer National Forest lands to a mining company. Oppose H.R. 3133, which would weaken the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Support the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), which encourages bird conservation. In support of S.J. Res. 54 to end U.S. Support for the war in Yemen. In support of S.J. Res. 64, a resolution of disapproval to block the sale of offensive weapons and support to Bahrain. In opposition to H.Res. 1176, rule for H.R. 2 Farm Bill, because it included the following unrelated language discarding Congress' Article I Powers over the President in the matters of war: section 7 of the War Powers Resolution (50 U.S.C. 1546) shall not apply during the remainder of the One Hundred Fifteenth Congress to a concurrent resolution introduced pursuant to section 5 of the War Powers Resolution (50 U.S.C. 1544) with respect to the Republic of Yemen. In opposition to H.Res. 1142, rule for H.R. 6784 Manage Our Wolves Act, because it included unrelated language discarding Congress' Article I Powers over the President in the matters of war. Language in the rule would block a floor vote on whether to direct President Trump to end U.S. involvement in the Saudi and UAE led war in Republic of Yemen.
