Fix PPP - allow farmers to use Schedule F; include all business-related rental payments; permit 501(c)5 organizations to participate; make farmers eligible for EIDL. Support H.R. 6611 which would increase USDA Commodity Credit Corporation spending authority by $50 billion. Support H.R. 6728 which would raise the borrow limit of the CCC to an inflation-adjusted $68 billion. Sought clarification on how PPP and EIDL programs work and how farmers can access them. Earmark sufficient federal funding for the humane and safe disposal of depopulated pigs. Provide additional flexibility to help farmers restructure USDA loans. Provide significant USDA CCC funding in the next COVID 19 package directed to biofuel refineries to spur demand for agricultural commodity purchases. FSA easy access loan guarantees - simplified paperwork; flexed, less restrictive financial ratios; expedited approval; and use preferred provider standards for all. Request SBA simplify and streamline PPP loan forgiveness applications for small businesses with loans of $100,000 or less and create reasonable safe harbor for borrowers with loans of $100,000 or less. Support S. 3918 that would allow benefit from PPP by basing the loan amount on gross income, rather than net income. Support automatic forgiveness at below a threshold dollar amount for PPP borrowers. Support approval for a private request for USDA-NRCS funding for a wetland mitigation bank located in Illinois.
