Pensions: The ERISA Litigation Reform Act (H.R. 6084). A bill that would undermine ERISAs ability to protect retirement plan participants hard-earned retirement income under the erroneous notion that the recent unanimous Supreme Court decision in Cunningham v. Social Security Administration. Removing Barriers to Work for Disabled Americans Act (H.R. 8884/S. 4947). In light of this Administrations previous efforts to eviscerate the disability program (SSDI) through the mechanism of demonstration projects, budget proposals and regulatory changes, such guardrails are essential.
