Scott Perry & Rep. Chuy Garcia). We urged the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure to support Rep. Scott Perry and Rep. If passed, the CLARITY Act would effectively give a congressional stamp of approval to a system rigged forpowerful special interests and well-connected insiders. We urged all Senators to hold the line, resist aggressive industry lobbying, and reject any compromise that fails to enact rigorous, gold-standard public integrity guardrails. - *Continued efforts to oppose NDAA and SAVE Act. - *H.R. 7008, the Stop Insider Trading Act (Rep.
