CONNECT for Health Act Reintroduction ATA Action strongly supports the Creating Opportunities Now for Necessary and Effective Care Technologies (CONNECT) for Health Act, the most comprehensive bipartisan telehealth legislation in Congress. The bill would permanently remove geographic and originating site restrictions, expand eligible providers, and allow patients to access care from their homes. It represents a critical step toward ensuring telehealth remains a foundational element of modern healthcare. Telehealth Modernization Act Reintroduction ATA Action endorses the Telehealth Modernization Act, which codifies the key Medicare telehealth flexibilities first introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill eliminates outdated site restrictions and empowers patients to receive care where and when they need it. This legislation is essential to maintaining progress and providing certainty to patients, providers, and health systems.
