We also continued to work to ensure that the American with Disabilities Act is not limited in its authority and coverage for people with disabilities, specifically against bills like the ADA Notification Act, HR 620. Focus here shifted to the Senate following House passage of H.R. 620. Finally, with the passage of HR 4547 earlier this year, NDRN focused on the implementation of this new representative payee monitoring program by providing updates to the Hill and working with the Social Security Administration.
