Maintain the integrity of the Merchant Marine Act of 1920 (the Jones Act); repeal the tonnage tax on domestic transportation companies; promote uniform regulation of clear air and water in commercial maritime shipping; amend the Harbor Maintance Trust Fund to direct spending of the fund towards ports and waterways.
