Summary
No War Against Iran Act This bill prohibits the obligation or expenditure of federal funds for any use of military force in or against Iran unless Congress has either declared war or enacted specific statutory authorization for such use. An exception is made for a presidential exercise of power to introduce Armed Forces into hostilities (or situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated) when there is a national emergency created by an attack upon the United States. The bill further states that no prior authorizations of military force may be construed to authorize the use of military force against Iran, and it repeals the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002.

Advocated for support of H.R. 5122, the Foreign Agents Registration Modernization (FARM) Act of 2019. The FARM Act seeks to increase the transparency of foreign government influence activities in the United States by making filings under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) more accessible and the filing contents more searchable.
The FARM Act would enhance the transparency of foreign influence in the United States in two ways. First, the bill requires agents of a foreign principal to submit their FARA filings to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in an easily searchable electronic format, also known as a structured data format. Second, the legislation directs the DOJ to work with the Secretary of the Senate to create a public database for FARA filings.
Support legislation repealing the 2001 and 2002 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF). For 2002 AUMF repeal, advocated in favor of an amendment by Rep. Barbara Lee to HR 550, the Gold Medal Act of 2019.
