Appropriations language to improve the MSP debt collection process (not in legislative form), efforts to have Congress, through the appropriations process, prohibit CMS from referring any more MSP debt to Treasury until such time as the Agency has investigated its processes, remedied any fault, and certified to Congress that the Program is in compliance with law and stakeholders due process rights are being processed. Repeal section 202(B) of the 2014 Budget Act, and amend Sec. 2910(d)(3) of the Medicaid Act (not in bill form). This would rebalance distribution of recoveries between the states and federal government in the Medicaid program.
