Support H.R. 1205/S. 915 the Social Security Fairness Act of 2017, which would repeal both the Government Pension Offset (GPO) and the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP). Support H.R. 1251, the CPI-E Act of 2017, which would require Social Security and many federal retirement programs, including federal civilian retirement annuities, to use the Consumer Price Index for the Elderly (CPI-E) to calculate cost-of-living adjustments for those retirement benefits. Oppose H.R. 3200, the Taxpayer-Funded Pension Disclosure Act, which would make available through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) personal pension information of retired federal employees, including full name, last place of employment, monthly annuity amount, their most recent position and retirement date. Support H.R. 7165, the Equal COLA Act of 2018, which would revise the formula used to calculate the cost-of-living adjustment for annuities paid under the Federal Employees Retirement System to conform with cost-of-living adjustments to Social Security benefits and the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS).
