Reforming and Enhancing Sustainable Updates to Laboratory Testing Services (RESULTS) Act, H.R. 5269, S. 2761. Bill would address Medicare reimbursement of laboratory services. Access to Genetic Counselor Services Act, H.R.6280. Bill would expand coverage of genetic counseling services under Medicare. Lung Cancer Screening and Prevention Act of 2025, H.R. 1406. This bill authorizes Medicare coverage of additional types of lung cancer screening tests that are approved by the FDA, regardless of whether they are recommended by the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF).
